Parental Love
Our hearts had never loved as much as when Meara came into our lives. And when we thought we couldn't possibly love any more Ainsley stole our hearts as well. Parental love is so overwhelming. There is nothing your child can do that will take away the love you have in your heart. We hope that both of our daughters will know daily how much we love them. Our hearts our filled with love, leaving no space for fear or worry. Honestly, any tears shed in the past few days have not started flowing due to fear, worry or sadness, but instead have been the overflowing of our well coming to the surface. The love we feel, coming from people around the world, has deeply moved us.
Just another day of waiting around for Meara to start seizing. Nothing yet. Meara has slept a lot today in an effort to deal with the pain. She did chat with Pop Pop around lunch time and let Ainsley sit in bed with her. Ainsley has been an awesome little sister filling the room with positive energy and smiles. Aaron and I snapped some pictures and we've included them in the post.
